If you experience DOWNLOADING PROBLEMS, try the following:

Hold DOWN the :

Option Key, while selecting your file if you're using a Macintosh and Mosaic or Netscape or Internet Explorer

Shift Key, while selecting your file if you're using Windows and Mosaic or Netscape or Internet Explorer

If you still have problems send EMail with the following information:

      1) YOUR OPERATING SYSTEM, I.E., MACINTOSH, WINDOWS, UNIX
      2) YOUR BROWSER, I.E., MOSAIC, NETSCAPE, ETC.
      3) WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU TRY TO DOWNLOAD, I.E., NOTHING, THE FILE OPENS, ETC.
      4) YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS

I WILL TRY TO FIGURE OUT WHAT YOU CAN DO TO DOWNLOAD THE FILE YOU WANT, OR, IF YOU SPECIFICALLY  REQUEST, I WILL EMAIL THE FILE.
