Regulation: burning of fossil fuels is regulated by both the states and the
federal government.
The National Association of State Energy Officials is a good starting point for the states.
All new federal regulations are first proposed for public comment,
then published in final form, in the Federal Register. Here is link to today's Federal Register. After regulations become final, the are collected in the Code of Federal Regulations. |
